I got this thing from yasser guro [yas_eer_20@yahoo.com] in reference to my
Mang Inasal blog...the EXACT thing.
u made comments without knowing the real taste of mang inasal...who you
think you are to give any critisism????why dont you give first your feedback
to us.....you know what???your talking nonesense...got it??
...
Hmmm.Who am I? Well, I was one of the customers and I was not happy about
the service (your crew promised 15 minutes and I waited 32 minutes) and the
taste of "your inasal". I'm an Ilonggo and I know how an Inasal taste like.
Just don't give me your definition of "Inasal". I just find it weird and
an insult to me, as an Ilonngo, dubbing it as "Inasal".
Do customers like me don't have the right to criticize? Noy (Ilonggo
accent), it's my blog and I was not happy with my stay there at Mang Inasal.
If I talked non-sense, why react?
Feedback? Do you have the venue for it? There was no suggestion box (maybe
you're putting one now) or any friendly looking supervisor or manager to
give my comments. All I saw was a busy service crew and a fat boy frowning
at the counter (I think he's the supervisor or manager and he's SCARY). I
wasn't even treated special on my stay there. I guess you just have to add
"Customer Service" on your list.
I also find it weird from a service oriented establishment like you to pin
down customers like me. If somebody or anybody is not happy with what your
store has, you better do your homework. Just make it better. And please,
don't forget to SMILE. (Attention!!! Fat Boy).
With a reaction from yasser guro [yas_eer_20@yahoo.com] of Mang Inasal, this
would scare the customers. Maybe you just want a positive feedback.
