My happy experience at AdDU's Registrar's Office

I used to hate Ateneo de Davao University’s Registrar’s Office because of their personnel who just love to ditch people. I had this incident before where I was somewhat pissed off with “Goldilocks” who had a mouth that runs as fast the bullet train with a brain that’s slow as a sloth.

But when I went back to get another copy of my transcript and my diploma yesterday, I was surprised to be accommodated like a king. They were so friendly and helpful. And even the University Registrar, Atty. Rene Alexis P. Villarente, asked me for problems and concerns. These men are the true Ateneans. My horns are raised for them. \m/ “Saludo kaayo ko ninyo”

Serenity in Murder

*sigh. I don’t know but this day is the worst. I had a fight with my brother. It was like me being the worst person he has known. He labeled me to the worst he could imagine. I just felt bad as I was just trying to make a point on something he has been lost. He never listens. He’s too stubborn. I never thought something bad or anything that would harm him. It’s just that, younger people tend to say things they really never meant.

I also had my replacement introduced to our manager. I’ve been planning this thing since I got my visa last February and I never thought having a lump in my throat doing the introduction. *sigh. Resigning was really hard. I was teary eyed, realizing that I was really leaving.

*sigh.

But just like any good story, I had blessings and good feelings to cover up the bad. I was able to meet someone who asked me to do a job in installing a network for Medical Transcription services. I’ll be having a meeting with them tomorrow at 11 am and I’m just excited to get into the work.

I also had a great time watching the video of Steve Jobs and Bill Gates at All Things Digital as my brother ended the day by having a man-to-man talk to resolve some issues.

Now, I can say that I’ll have a sound sleep. Thank God for the day.
